Looking at these pics, I realize how much I enjoy having our FURNITURE in the house - it makes it so much cozier!!!! Loving how we are making this house our home!

Kitchen

I am trying to take pictures as rooms in the house get finished :) Last night we worked hard on getting the kitchen organized!!!

It was too bright taking pictures with the pendant lights on, so that's why everything seems a little dark! But, I am in love with the kitchen!!!

Here is a sneak peak at our entryway. It isn't done yet, but it is fun starting each room!

Done!!

The house is DONE!! We spent the weekend moving in and getting settled! We still have a lot to do, but here are two pics of some completion :)

Our dining room is one of my favorite spaces! The natural light, view of the river....it is going to be WONDERFUL!!!

Here is the completed exterior!! YAY!!! 

What a FUN process this was! I am so excited to finish decorating and show you the completion of it all!! 

Exterior Sneak Peek!!

The stone is on the columns of the house, and they are ALMOST done with the garage, so here is a little sneak peek!!! The columns still need to be painted white, but that should be getting done as we speak!! YAY!!!

It's all coming together - can't wait for FRIDAY!!!

Closing!!!

We are officially scheduled to close on Friday!! 

YAY!! 

Cannot wait to spend the weekend making this house our HOME!!!

Day 117 - Floors Revealed and Stone Starting!

We didn't spend much time out at the house last night, but Tristan and I stopped on our way home - the stone is being started - YAY!! They think they will finish by today! The columns still need to be painted, but we are getting closer!!

Our project manager took the protective covering off the hardwood floors - and WOW they look AMAZING! I love the distressed look of the floors - it adds so much dimension to the room!! 

They are supposed to finish the stone today - and then tomorrow is the final cleaning and microwave install. YAY!!! Then, sprinkler system and sod before we start moving things in on Thursday! 

Day 116 - Appliances, Carpet, Final Grade

Our carpet is IN and I am OBSESSED!! It just makes everything seem so warm and cozy!!

The final grade is done and we LOVE it! We were not sure how it would end up looking because of the way the house had to be built up, but they did an amazing job!

Our fridge is in and WOW do I love it!! Baron actually chose most of the appliances and I could NOT be happier with how they are turning out!!

Lots still on the agenda for this week. Final touch-ups throughout the house with paint, etc., final cleaning on Wednesday, our blinds are being installed on Thursday, finishing the stone on the exterior Monday/Tuesday, and laying sod on Thursday!! Here's to a busy week with LOTS of stuff accomplished!!
